Most Items will be sent out on receipt of payment.
Items ordered on a Friday will not be processed till Monday.
UK Postage costs are set by product weight . See Postage Prices for rates. Non UK Mainland prices are the same for the UK up to 2k above that please see Postage Prices for rates.
FREE Delivery for the UK Mainland is offered on smaller ranges.
Items are sent out in most cases by Royal Mail 1st Class.
For Europe and Worldwide Royal Mail Airmail will be used.
If you are local Items can also be collected please email me if you require this method to arrange time/date.
Customers with Discount Vouchers can enter the code at checkout, Only one voucher per order is allowed.
All items are packed to a high standard and leave here as described. Recycled cardboard will sometimes be used to pack some items.
Whist we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we can not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of Carrier actions which are beyond our control. Please contact us as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will however get your goods delivered to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order. You will be refunded once the goods have been returned to us or classified as lost by the Carrier company. A Royal Mail Loss form will be sent out for you to fill in so we are able to conduct our claim from Royal Mail.
Return Policy
Items must be returned within 7 days at the customers own cost .
We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service since responsibility for the goods remains with you until we have received them. In the unlikely event that goods purchased from us are faulty, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement item upon receipt by us of the faulty item in it's original condition and packaging. In these conditions we will refund the cost of the return postage. Before returning anything to us, please e-mail us to advise us of your intention to return the items.

Right of Cancellation
The United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us. Details on the Contact us page. If your goods have already despatched, you must return them in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging to the returns address shown below. We will credit you with the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked them. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.

Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales only.

If the products we deliver to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity, please contact us within 7 days of delivery . Please do not sign for any packages that are damaged or opened.
No contract will exist between Julala’s Toys.and the customer until goods are dispatched. Acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively communicated at this time. Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on dispatch of the goods
